Drawing and Painting
This is an eclectic part of the website. Traditional for the most part and
I hope to add to it on a regular basis.
While a student at art school we had to do a sketchbook every week and a self portrait was a regular requirement.
One of the methods used to determine a personal style was to copy a famous artist's work and then to execute a self portrait in the same style.
In this example I copied a portrait of Durer's little boy and then drew my self portrait in exactly the same manner.

Various studies of Anemonies
Each sketch of the anemonies was done a little differently. The first was just watercolour, then watercolour and ink. The next one was just ink and the last one was a simple outline sketch.
